Simplicity, elegance, quality!
Greatworth is a real estate company offering residential and commercial property listings. The goal of this project was to design a modern, mobile-first app that simplifies property discovery, enquiry management, and agent–client communication.
The app needed to feel trustworthy, intuitive, and premium, while supporting fast browsing and clear decision-making for prospective buyers and renters.

Defined core user flows: property discovery, filtering, saving, and enquiries
Designed a clean card-based listing system with rich visual hierarchy
Optimised filters for price, location, property type, and amenities
- Used a wordpress template to streamline the development process
Outcome
The final design delivers a fast, visually appealing property search experience that helps users move confidently from browsing to enquiry. Clear layouts, strong imagery, and intuitive filtering improved engagement and reduced friction for both users and agents.
The app provides Greatworth with a scalable digital foundation that supports future features such as virtual tours, agent dashboards, and saved search alerts.
