Focus that pays the bills

Pomodoro Tracker is a focused work-timer and time-tracking web app that turns pomodoro sessions into billable records. Built for independents who bill by the hour, it combines a distraction-free timer with clients, session logs, manual time entry, invoices and CSV export — installable on any device and usable offline.

I designed and built the product end to end as a deliberately lightweight progressive web app — plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no framework, with Google sign-in and cloud sync layered on Firebase. Completed pomodoros log themselves against the selected client; rates, notes and invoice generation close the loop from focused time to billed work, and deploys ship automatically through a CI/CD pipeline on GitHub Actions.

Keeping the codebase framework-free kept the app fast and its surface area small; the harder problem was making offline-first tracking trustworthy, so recorded hours are never lost — sessions logged offline reconcile to the account once a connection returns. I use it daily to run my own freelance billing.
